At first, COVID-19 made everyone take two or 12 steps back. Then, when everyone realized what was going on, we saw a huge increase in acquisitions. Business owners that once denied the proper digital marketing efforts or focus started shifting over to a near 100% digital focus. This was great for our industry because of the increase in business, yet the best part for us is that even our existing clients started paying that much more attention to our service and began helping the momentum that we created.
What would be your advice to budding entrepreneurs who aspire to venture into the digital marketing space?
