Using a Corporate governance structure at the Project Level is a recipe for disaster—and, it's not uncommon that Corporate Governance and Project Governance are confused as being the same.

Google’s "Project Management" Certificate for enhancing a PM resume?
While I'd assume a good amount of us here already have a Bachelor's degree in anything and some relevant work experience how much more beneficial would this certificate be to someone who doesn't have much PM experience or is looking to bolster their PM career goals?
Total newbie who is transitioning out of my current role and trying to find an entry level project management position, hopefully after COVID subsides. I'm also currently working on my 35 hours of study as requested by PMBOK.
Side Note: Would it be better to pay for my own PMP exam as opposed to finding a company that will help pay it for me? The latter is becoming increasingly difficult.

What frustrates you most about online meetings?
I'm curious what the biggest pain points people have with online meetings after a few months of working mostly virtually, so I made a survey with a few questions to find out. If you have five minutes or so to take the survey, I'd love to get some feedback. I figured r/projectmanagement folks would be interested in this topic too, so I plan to share back what I learn from the survey to this discussion so everyone can benefit. 🙏
For context, I'm not trying to recruit users or spam folks or anything like that. I'm an independent researcher who's just genuinely curious about a topic that seems to be on everyone's mind right now.

I Passed the PMP (online proctored) on a 6-week study plan – T/AT/T/AT/AT
(Links removed to conform to rules regarding promotional material)
I've been a PM for 10 years, mostly in the IT industry, managing network deployments, data center upgrades etc. For the past 18 months I've been a PM for ERP software implementations. I started some light exam prep about 6 months ago, but didn't create a true study plan until ~7 weeks from my exam date.
I took the exam on 7/30 online, using PearsonVue's remote proctored software.
You should perform their System Check a week or more before your exam to ensure that the software works as intended.
Ensure that you have a valid (non-expired) ID before checking in for the exam.
Prior to the exam start you will have to take photos of your exam space (facing the computer, behind your seat, and to either side). This is to verify that you don't have reference material visible and that
